This Privacy Policy describes how iTrade AI (“we”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Service.
Information we collect
- Account data: email, password hash, display name, country.
- KYC data: government-issued ID, selfie, and liveness check (when required).
- Transactional data: deposits, withdrawals, trades, fees.
- Technical data: IP, user agent, device fingerprint, timestamps.
How we use it
- To operate the Service and execute trades on your behalf.
- To comply with KYC, AML, CTF, sanctions, and tax reporting obligations.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud and security incidents.
- To communicate about your account, support, and product changes.
Sharing
We share information with: (a) our KYC/AML provider, (b) payment and blockchain infrastructure providers strictly as needed to operate the Service, (c) regulators and law enforcement when legally required, and (d) professional advisors bound by confidentiality. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We retain account and transaction data for the longer of seven years or the period required by applicable AML and tax laws, after which it is anonymized or deleted.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to data portability. Contact support@itradeai.io to exercise these rights.
Security
Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Sessions use short-lived signed tokens. Custodial funds are split between a small hot wallet and a multi-sig cold wallet. No system is perfectly secure — see the Risk Disclosure for details.
